Along with a Bachelor’s in education and a graduate diploma in public relations, Marie-Andrée Roy has over 20 years of experience in project management and strategic support in the educational sector. Focused on action, her creativity, rigour and leadership brought her to develop leading expertise for implementing many projects that aim to help students “learn differently”.
Her professional experience in the last years, notably as the director of the Centre de Formation en Développement Durable (CFDD) at Université Laval, lead her to work with many partners and experts on themes of sustainable development, international mobility and strategic management.
In January 2020, she chose to dive headfirst into an entrepreneurial and consulting adventure by launching her own business: Marie-Andrée Roy Services-Conseils. She has since provided support for teams from both the private and public sector by searching for innovative and sustainable solutions, notably thanks to methodology and design thinking. As a strategic consultant, she helps teams turn ideas into actions according to their needs, using her expertise in training and hosting collaborative workshops.
