A human resources management expert for over 20 years, Ms. Dodier has a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations from Univeristé Laval and a certificate in labour law. She is also a member of the Ordre des Conseillers en Ressources Humaines Agréés (Order of Accredited Human Resources Counselors – CRHA).

Having previously worked with various organizations, Ms. Dodier advocates for healthy human resources management to encourage businesses to turn towards the human management of their resources.

In turn winner of the Reconnaissance en santé et sécurité du travail prize from the CSST and the Pléiades of Lévis’ chamber of commerce (in the Proactive HR category), she has now acted as Executive Director of EnviroCompétences for over 13 years. Her mission is to support businesses in the environmental industry in integrating best practices for human resources management and skills development. As an Emploi-Québec-accredited speaker and trainer, she puts her passion to work for the environment and sustainable development.
